The project ended up being a bit bigger than they originally estimated, but they followed through completely. The deck is fantastic. He was always thinking about usability for the deck after he was done, and made several wonderful suggestions of ways they could do things differently along the way. In the end we got to factory what we hoped, and the only additional cost over the original estimate was for wood to surround the entire deck to keep animals out, something we did not plan for from the start in any way.
