"First they sent someone to come speak to me about pricing and differenct options. Once I decided to do it they got me scheduled and sent out a technician. He installed the wiring and sent out a trainer. The trainer gave me the collars and showed me how to help my dogs understand their new boundaries. There was a glitch with the system at first and it was creating a wide range around the fence and my dogs were unable to get very close to the fence without getting corrected. When I told the people at Invisible Fence they immediately came out and looked at my fence. They found out the problem and corrected it. Now my dogs are safely contained in the backyard with out me worrying about them getting out and getting hurt or lost. Everyone was professional, nice and easy to talk too at Invisible Fence.
"

"The 2-sided fence area in the backyard which encloses the AC Compressor, pool filer, and pool equipment, was old and rotted. The gate was broken and the whole thing was an eyesore. Anson Long from Action Fence came the same day I called to measure the fence, approx 25 feet long. He emailed me an estimate within 2 days with a diagram describing exactly what was going to be done. He had said all the posts were rotted and needed to be replaced. I agreed. But the 2 gate posts were installed in concrete. So to save money and labor, yet keep the same dimensions of the enclosure, he recommended sawing those old gate posts down to the ground and installing steel boots in the concrete for the gate posts since we were going to shorten the gate opening from 54 to 48 inches anyway. Labor, teardown, takeaway, all new posts, cedar slats, cross bars, gate hinges, and latch were all included in the price of $770.00. This price also included the 2 steel boots for the gate posts. Action Fence was the only company which recommended installing new posts. The other fence companies said the old posts were ok to use and would 'save money', yet all their estimates were higher. I also liked that Action Fence uses email to send the contract and their program populates your signature. Very easy and no hassle. Since there was no hurry on the enclosure, Anson said he would fit me in as soon as possible which turned out to be just a week later.
"

"It started off okay and Tre and Morgan got right to work, each working in a separate bathroom. Tre broke the flange due to a rusty bolt. I wish he had seen the bottle of Liquid Wrench I had in the supply box I had out for them, or that he had his own, being handyman. But hey, it happens. He spent 45 mins going to Lowes to buy a new one. It cost around $30, he asked for 20 reimbursement. After Morgan replaced the toilet in the master bedroom, he proceeded to the 3rd bathroom. I stopped him and asked if he was finish with the first replacement and he said he still had to caulk and install the bolt caps. Tre returned and finished his replacement.
I checked in on Morgan and had to specifically ask that the toilet be bagged before being carried outside. The other two toilets were not bagged and they dripped on the carpeting when carried out. Once they finished installing the toilets and carried them out, things went downhill.

They packed up their truck and were preparing to leave, but it had been only 3 hours since they arrived. The purchase was for four hours, but Tre argued that they had finish "the list" of things they came to do. I'm guessing because I wanted them to start off replacing the toilet and fixing the light that there was all there was to do even though I had given Donna a to do list that included 4 other things.
That was when I mentioned that the bolt caps weren't on the toilets and that he hadn't actually finished and he got p***** off. Told me that everything was loaded and that if he had to unload the truck, it was $65 an hour. I had to point out that this was the main focus of the visit and he needs to finish it. I do not know why they left all the caps off, they came with the toilets. Tre told me he didn't notice the caps until he had already loaded everything. They came in the box that he had to unpack the toilet tank when he did the replacement.
So they spent the next hour putting in the caps. Tre spent most of that hour being angry as he worked. I sat in the next room and frequently heard "this is stupid," though he did interspersed a "this guy is dumb" in between. Really? You left out the bolt caps because you didn't notice them, tried to leave an hour early, and then get p***** when I wanted you to install them? I've never had someone I'm paying to do something tell me it was stupid and that I'm dumb.
After the caps were installed, Morgan asked if there was anything else. Yes there were other things, but we just about hit the 4 hour mark and I wasn't going to ask someone who's unreasonably p***** off at me to do a good job. Especially after he was finished with installing the caps in the master bedroom and I went in to find the toilet rocking back and forth and had to bring his attention back to it.
To their credit, I do appreciate them taking away the old toilets. Also, I have not had any issues with the new toilets though I am not optimistic that wooden shims (possible rotting) were used and not plastic."

"Brian gave us a free estimate before services began, and explained his billing procedures clearly. The work is done on schedule (every 2 weeks). We had a minor hiccup the first week, but everything smoothed out and we got great lawn care at a great price. Brian is reliable, professional, and does a great job. When it came time to need leaf clean up, we asked Brian if he did that as well. He said yes, and added us to his schedule. He did a great job and we are looking forward to a long working relationship."

"
These guys did an awesome job. They took away all the old boards--they didn't just put them out in front of our house for the trash people to pick up which many other vendors have done around our neighborhood. They dug new posts and nailed the boards perfectly. Plus they made sure the invisible fence we have installed was put back in place which is critical so our dog doesn't get out of the yard. Very conscientious team. Plus they all had the same t-shirt so they were easily identifiable.

The deck they relaid never looked this good when the original contractors of the house did it.

We will definitely use them again to do some other work around the house.

"
