"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. Prior to him installing my new tile he showed me how the previous contractor did not screw down the backer board but used roofing nails instead which was the reason for my grout cracking. He spent the time correcting the deficiency and installed the new tile. The design I chose called for some precise cuts with the tile. Mr. Perabeau took his time and now I have beautiful solid tile flooring. I highly recommend him for all your remodeling needs."
