Bill went to our local Lowe’s purchased wood to be installed it as a brace to which he attached the shelving for additional support. Once they began demo for the floor, they noticed significant rot under the tub and were able to add that repair to the scope of work for a reasonable price. He took before & after pictures (Cory has photos), had a quick, considerate response to all requests and placed shelving back in place clearing the area of tripping hazards. Finally he did an above and beyond job of vacuuming my stairs which was most helpful with my recent hip injuries. The whole job was completed in turn around time and left no mess for me to clean up.
