"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"Renaissance flooring has provided the flooring for 3 floors in my home. I really love the quality of their products, when friends or family come over they still ask if my hardwood and/or carpeting is brand néw. This year they completed the flooring in my basement. Mr. Latif and Mr. Bassir have been great to work with. They take the time to walk you through the process, listen to your concerns, and don’t try and pitch or push a certain product on you for the sake of a sale. I would certainly recommend Renaissance flooring, and me constantly going back to them despite getting estimates from other companies is a testament to this! ??"

"PHW did a great job of refinishing our wood floors and stairs with the English Chestnut stain. The bid was fair, they worked within our schedule and communication/photos from Alisa were appreciated as we were out of town during the project. It was a lot of work and $ to empty 2 floors of furniture but the results were worth it! The only downside is the fine layer of dust left over the cabinets, doors, walls, she molding and surfaces. Plan time to wipe down all surfaces before returning the furniture!"

He truly loves wood and the results show it--expert refinishing and repair with beautiful details like matching shoe molding and a wood floor grate, as well as replacing damaged boards. The team moved all our furniture and cleaned thoroughly before moving everything back into place with the addition of felt "feet." "The sales person, Steve, did a good job understanding our needs. The quote was very straight forward to see each room's costs (i.e., removal, prep, refinishing). They provided some helpful FAQs to help understand the process. We also heard from other neighbors that used Elegant Floor Services and had wonderful experiences. The 3 person crew arrived promptly at 8:00am each morning and worked non-stop 8 hours each day. They were very polite, friendly, and wore face masks when necessary. The crew supervisor spoke English well enough to bring things to our attention or allow us to ask questions. I was also impressed with the crew's attention to detail especially in the rooms where we needed new wood floors added. Overall job took 8 calendar days of which the crew was at our house 7 days. My family and I stayed in the house during this period. Now that the work is done, no one would be able to tell the difference between the rooms refinished vs newly done. There is one common flooring throughout our main level! Next on our list is to have our upstairs wood floors refinished. We'll definitely be using Elegant Floor Services for that work! Thanks, Pat"

"Refinished Bruce Pre-finished hardwood in kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Performed three repairs on water damaged wood. Installed LVP in two small bathrooms. Hardwood refinishing came out really well! Was not the least expensive estimate but offered a refinish process that was more thorough. Repairs came out well, and the LVP in the bathrooms looks good. Took a day longer than planned but results were worth it. Highly recommended!"

"We had almost 400 sq ft of tile removed and new hardwood floors put in the place. BR flooring had to tooth in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods in the adjoining area. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere!
