"Flawless Work and Unmatched Attention to Detail! Chris and his team are truly the best in the business! From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were top-notch. Chris has an incredible eye for detail. His precision and thoroughness are next-level. You can tell he takes real pride in his work; everything was perfectly measured, aligned, and finished with care. I absolutely love that Chris is a little OCD (in the best way possible!) because it means nothing gets overlooked. He treats every project like it’s his own home, and the results show it. The whole team was efficient, respectful, and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. If you want electrical work done with true expertise and perfection, call Chris and his team! you won’t find better!"

"My cousin referred them to me. They came and gave an estimate and we purchased the wood from them. They’re good, efficient, always on time and communication was good. We purchased the oak from them and it is very good quality. It was very good over all. They are great and very honest. I got other quotes around $50,000 from other companies for this same project."

"I put in my claim with choice home warranty and CHW setup an appointment for/with Demond electric company The technician arrived I paid the required service fee charge (the service fee varies per state -i have used CHW in 3 different states and the service fee was affordable for the 3 different states) The Demond Electric technician Paul was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job."

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Olustee, FL

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
