"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. "He was on time every day, cleaned up everything.  Disposed of all of the existing tile and fixtures in the bathroom.  Went with me to help me select the new tile to make sure it would all go together.  Many times I had to go to work and leave him unsupervised, I came home to a clean house, locked up every time.  The stone he installed was perfect, no pieces were sticking out, it was all perfect.  He used stone, not tile and it is my understanding that that is harder to work with than basic tile.  The finished job was amazing."
