The project turned out even better than we envisioned. They had to reroute and reconfigure part of my sprinkler system to accomplish the patio rebuild, and then landscaped the area which resulted in a beautiful finished project that will be enjoyed by my family for many years to come. "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"French drain installation along a retaining wall (75 yards). Thomas who handled the sales end of things was friendly and responsive. The crew showed up on time. They were hard working and receptive of customer feedback. They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"We decided our landscaping needing a total refresh and we hired Grassland-Synthetic Turf to build three large stone raised planter beds. Clay was my main point of contact and he was wonderful. After making the initial request for a quote, Clay came out quickly to give me an on-site estimate. In addition to providing a quote for the planter beds, he also gave me a bid for replacing our lawn with turf. Although I would have LOVED to get turf as well, it just wasn't in our budget at the moment. Clay was able to get us scheduled for the planter bed installation two weeks after I received the initial quote. He also came to do a walk-through ahead of time because I wasn't going to be home on the first day of the install. I felt confident that he knew exactly how I wanted the project to be completed. Communication with Clay and the crew was great. If they had any questions or suggestions, they would call or email (depending on how time-sensitive the question was) and get things squared away quickly. The crew worked extremely hard and did fantastic work. The total install took 3 days and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The crew also cleaned up everything when they left...our yard was definitely cleaner than before they started! Several of my neighbors have told me how much they like the planter beds. We just got the plants put in today and everything looks great!! I'm so happy with how this project turned out and I'm so glad I hired Grassland to make it happen! And maybe someday I'll get that turf..."
