"Phillips Design was painting the exterior of neighbor's house. Because of an injury, I had been unable to finish staining a portion of one side of my house tha I had begun the previoius summer.. So, I wandered next door and spoke with one of the painters, Jude. Jude said it was something they could handle and took a look. He said he would have his father, Ben, send me a bid. Within two hours I received the bid, which was reasonable, and accepted it. I had the stain on hand and the next day day the job was started and completed. The cedar siding was weathered and took more coats than expected,. However, Jude kept at it and stayed until 6PM on a Friday evening to get the job done right. His commitment to perfection was admirable. The match to the previous work than I had done was spot on. I highly recommend Phillips Design."

The service provided was far more than just carpentry repair of hanging new doors, bifolds and trim through the house, the job included painting the interior, seal painting the floors and installing carpet through the upper floor and stairs, cleaning out and regrouting the lower floor tile then sealing, installing new sheetrock, texture to match, installing new toilets and correcting plumbing leaks, insatlling new lights fixtures and correct improperly wired outlets, cleaned the gutters, repaired damged exterior siding, landscape maintenance the entire yard. "I hired Scott to lay flooring in my home in September. He sent out a subcontractor who completely messed up the cuts. Scott came out, put some quarter round to cover some of the mistakes but was not willing to redo the work. This also took from September until I fired him in DECEMBER. Not good at communication, not good at flooring, got mad when I asked for my money back since he screwed up about 3000 dollars of flooring. Do not use this company for flooring."
