We have been operating from our Southwest Iowa location since 2001. We also offer installation and removal of holiday lighting. We even store and maintain it for you in the off season. "Tree limbs were cut and removed as requested, however as other reviewers mentioned, he added another $350 to the cost after the job was halfway done, citing that he "didn't see everything" when he was there, on-site, the 1st time as part of providing an estimate. Additionally, I reached out about another project after the initial job was done and he said he'd come out for an estimate within a few days. Nearly 1 month later, I reached out for a status update only to find that he straight up deleted my messages with no communication that he had no intent on even estimating the job."

With over 20 years of experience, I offer a wide variety of options to help upgrade your outdoor space. This includes things like paver patios, retaining walls, hardscapes, light concrete work as well as in-ground pools.
"It was the middle of February when we had the itch to do a project. It was a big project, requiring skilled hands. Like we were taught, we received 3 bids for the project and accepted the bid from the guy who said he would do the most work for the least amount of money. All three bids were relatively close in nature and all three men were kind, but at the end of the day we did not choose Level Up Construction. We would later regret that decision. After three months and a poor product from the other contractor, we hung our head and contacted Level Up construction. We got a new bid right away with the assurance that no job was too big. We apologized for not going with the company that had raving reviews, and we were deeply thankful that Level Up construction agreed to take the job and do the best they could considering the poor workmanship of the previous contractor. Also, they completed the work for a very reasonable and humble price considering that they could have really jacked the price, as they knew of our desperation at this point. Professional, quick, on time, responsive to texts, and they left the property way better than they found it. Overall, Level Up Construction took a bad situation and helped to make it manageable. We still have the sting from not going with them originally. We will not make that mistake again. We have multiple projects in the future, and we will be using Level Up Construction for all of them. Thank you to the great work of the team."
