The supporting structure was beginning to lean and sag. Juan designed a beautiful pergola to replace it. He started the work on schedule and was there every business day plus some weekend days until it was completed. There were a couple of bad weather days, but Juan always called or texted to let us know if his team was not going to be there or if they were going to be delayed. He checked in periodically to make sure we were happy with the progress, and was very gracious when we changed our minds about a pretty major design element, which caused a day of re-work for him and his team.
