Shawn was able to get to my project very quickly and was very communicative during the demolition of the old stairs and construction of the new stairs. He completed the project very quickly! "DO NOT BUY A MASTER SPAS HOT TUB OR ONE FROM AQUA SPAS! I PURCHASED A LEMON TUB AND AQUA SPAS ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY INCLUDING EMPLOYEES (INCLUDING OWNER/CASEY) TO WORK WITH!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! It takes a lot for me to ever give a bad review as I know things are tough all over, however, I hope to help others from going thru the nightmare and stress that I have for the past 3 years, yes 3 years with this inept and unprofessional company. I have kept records, a literal book, and phone calls from day 1 when my new Master Spa tub that was purchased at Aqua Spas in Longmont CO, was delivered. In a nutshell, employee selling the tub AND later to find out....the installers....gave me lots of wrong information from how and where to set up the tub to how to care for it....over the last 3 years has cost me LOTS OF MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET BECAUSE OF WRONG INFORMATION (from have the electrical re-done and as well as having my deck re-done!) Master spas also sold me a lemon. Over the 3 years i've had it, it's already needed a new pump, a top sider control panel and lately...a whole new mother electrical board! Setting up service calls has been a nightmare. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing...many times had a set date and time to have no one show. Was told "scheduling error"...many times. Many times the Longmont location store was just "closed" upon driving there for chemical and such. Was told as many of the employess throw each other under the bus...Aqua spas can't keep employees. And I've been lied to from employees who claim they hold one position and will make offers to find out they are "just a salesman" and can't uphold promises they made. Unbeleivable.... After years of stress and frustration...and a lot of money out of pocket, i insisted on speaking with an owner. Casey took my call. Was going to be my new "go to person" for all my problems going forward and with that, got his cell phone. Well, I had reached out to Casey on 5 occasions for ongoing issues, only to NEVER receive one follow up message or call. I am walking away from anyone related to Aqua Spas as the stress with the multiple hours I have spent with people who either don’t know their jobs or just don’t plain care, including the owner Casey….and I will keep my sanity."

"Very unprofessional!!! Company refused to call, did everything through Facebook messenger. Its very clear that they only wanted to get money for a deposit that they are now with holding from my family. It's clear in my messages to them that I was interested if they could get the new liner installed this week. They promised to message me on Sunday to let me know what day they are coming. Never messaged me back. I reached out to them late Sunday and boom.... You are on a waiting list. So several messages later I am to blame for them misleading me, but hey we can get you in on Wednesday. This is the start of red flags. I question if it's going to be a rush job with poor workmanship because I complained and they get sensitive and keep messaging me about how they are busy and are 1-2 weeks out. Not once did they apologize and try to earn my trust back. Not once did they call the number I provided twice to talk to my wife about getting the work done. Just excuses! Then today when I ask about draining the pool, they respond that they will not be serving me and block my messages! They still have my deposit! Rip off alert! Do yourself a favor and stay away. Check Better Business Bureau for other complaints of poor work and excuses! Do what you promise Benjamin! Also how does a company give themselves a 5 star review? Twice? Ben D is the owner and the company can reviews itself?!"
