JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. "Good Neighbor was referred to me by a friend who used their services so I thought I would go ahead and get a quote.    The owner and sales consultant both came out and gave me an estimate that was below most others.  I had several estimates and most were higher using lower quality materials.  Everything was above my expectations from start to finish.  There was always a supervisor on property.   They replaced every piece of rotten wood/beadboard around my house.  My house is an old craftsman and they matched all the eaves and rafters perfectly.  I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose to go with Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing.
