The discussion of cost was outlined (without pricing) where a service would be estimated, then additional costs would be applied if their corrective action failed. When challenged on the effectiveness of their proposal, and costs for services, they recanted and agreed to stick to the estimated price. When challenged on competitive pricing, the representative could not validate charges. I believe the total cost was too high for the work performed. Overall, I agreed to the price for two reasons. The situation required an immediate fix, and EB Plumbing is local to me."

"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

Phil H was our plumber and he did an excellent job and saved our day. He came to the house for our initial consultation, he was very professional and told us exactly the type of faucet we needed for the Roman Tub (which had a very tricky and dated set up that difficult to work with) and the price for the labor.

Initially, the company sent us another plumber for the job and he was NOT able to do the job AT ALL: the kitchen sink leaked even more after he worked on it and he flat out refused to change the tub faucet (probably because he didn't know how). After he left, I call the company again on their emergency line, and they sent me Phil. Phil came to my house at 9pm after a long work day, looked at everything, and he told me that he will be back first thing next morning with the right equipment to fix everything. Sure enough, Phil came back the next day and fixed the kitchen sink and installed the tricky Roman Tub set (which involved cutting pipes and updating the plumbing) all in <3 hrs time and didn't charge us any extra. The work was done just in time for our home inspection as I was selling the house, and Phil really saved our day. Surfin Plumbers should give him a raise or a bonus because he is highly skilled, hard working, and reliable, he is the reason we're leaving such a glowing review of the company.

".Doug Kennedy arranged delivery of a new hot water heater one day after my order was placed. He arrived on that day as promised, at the time he said he would arrive to do the installation. He worked in a timely manner and did an excellent install. He kept the area clean as he worked and removed all debris when he finished. I would recommend Doug's work. He did a fine job for a fair price.
