Sid promptly got back to me , was able to get me on the schedule right away and showed up on time everyday until the job was finished . Sid and his two employees were friendly ,courteous and professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I absolutely LOVE my new hardwood floors , which replaced nasty disgusting carpet in four bedrooms . The whole process was so pleasant and easy that I plan to have them install new flooring in my basement. I feel like his price was reasonable, although I must admit that I didnâ t get other estimates because I was so impressed with his initial responsiveness and wanted to avoid the whole hassle of getting others to return my calls to secure estimates . I just went with my gut and Iâ m so glad I did . I am thrilled with the work and feel like I paid a fair price ."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
