"Excellent! The best part was that they did a great job water proofing the basement and there was a lifetime transferable guarantee on it. The worst part was having it done because they had to jerk around the concrete all the way around the basement, and that wasn't pleasant and there's no way you can make that pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone. They were bright and the person who initially came out to look at the job and to give me an estimate on it was really very good and I could always call him directly if I had any questions or issues."

The results took about a week and a half. The results even identified the species bacteria and yeasts and included information on each."

"<p>I have a vacation home in TN and some friends were going to use it, but when they arrived the AC was not operational. I made multiple calls to different AC companies and most were not able to come out that day. I spoke to the receptionist at Sam Jarnigan Electric and AC and asked if they could check the system out. I was told that they were coming back from Knoxville and she would see if they could get there to take a look. I requested that I be contacted prior to their making the trip out to the house. Mean while another company came out and provided an estimate that we accepted as he said he could have it completed and ready the next day. About 3 hours later I received a call back from Sam Jarnigan Electric and AC with a price to replace the unit. I told them that I had already accepted another company's offer and thanked them for their response. I then got a call from the owner asking about the other company's offer. The other company was only replacing the compressor unit where Sam Jarnigan was replacing both the compressor unit and the air handler so there was a price difference and I felt both prices were reasonable. About three days later I received an invoice from Sam Jarnigan Electric and AC for $100. I called and asked the reason and I was told that if they come out and inspected a unit (put hands on) then there was a $100 charge. I explained that I was not told about the $100 service charge and that I had specifically requested to be contacted prior to them coming out as I was contacting other companies and did not want anyone to waist a trip. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. About a month later, with not hearing back, I called to check and was told that we still owed the $100. At this time I will not use this company in the future.</p> <br />"

"The men came back the next day to complete the repairs to our well pump. They surveyed again what the problem was and communicated with us the whole time. Upon our permission they would complete that repair. We found this company to be very professional and the men were very accommodating and personable. They were here for most of the day and upon finishing the job they came to let us know they were leaving and that everything they tested worked . <br /> This company will get our business again in the future. I especially liked the fact that they were so up front about everything, from the time and a half fees to getting our permission before fixing or replacing any part. <br />"

"They continually followed up and afterwards, there was a few problems that we have that they took care at their own expense. They weren't problems due to neglect, just problems you couldn't have foreseen until the job was actually completed. We found out that we did have to put in an extra sump pump which they gave me at cost. They did the work and didn't charge us for labor, which I thought was really fair. The whole system, the waterproofing, the quality of the air, and everything in the crawl space is fantastic. It's great."

"The damage was assessed from the basement and it was determined that the foundation was sound,however, there was an area where the water had been able to ( over the years) create a small ravine through which the water could access the basement. As the downpipe was blocked and we had a severe rainstorm the basement was assessable to the large amount of water frowing from the blocked downpipe. The workmen accessed the damaged area from the outside and repaired the area under the foundation and extended the downpipe so that future water would be taken away from the house by over 15ft. This was done quickly in one day. and we have not experienced any further damage."
