He showed up at my home the day of the installation more than once to check on every thing. He answered texts and phone calls from me promptly and courteously. He sent me before and after photos of my home. He followed up afterwards to make sure a couple errors on the job were corrected. He was friendly, kind, and fun to work with. He promised to follow up with me once he gets more info on a question I asked him for which he wasn't sure of the answer. He is a shining example of what a salesperson should be like.
