"They arrived promptly each day and left my yard cleaner than it started. There were a couple of minor glitches due to missed communication between the different crews but they were promptly corrected when pointed out. As with the painting company I hired after Angie's List, Precision exceeded my expectations! When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them! I have been recommending them to my family and friends in need of roofs or roof repair!"

"It went well. They replaced our roof with a new metal roof and new gutters. Looks great!"

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"Great communication. The sale representative always replied my request promptly. They used the top of line shingles from Atlas (StormMaster Shake with Scotchgrd Protector) with very competitive price (I got estimations from four reputable roofers in my neighborhood). In fact, he marched the low price from another roofer. The work crew were very professional and worked very hard. They did great job and cleanup at end of each day. They finished my roof (44 squares) in two days (including removal the old shingles). Highly recommended."

"Excellent service over the phone with an accurate quote, quality work, great experience. They showed up on time and were courteous. We appreciated that Cutting Edge was flexible in the types of roofs they repair and could work on the flat roof of our back porch. We will be calling them again in the future!"

"Very professional company. High quality materials were used. Extremely satisfied with my new gutters. Yes please"

"This is an amendment to my first review to reflect the most accurate price paid for everything included. The work was performed very timely and professionally. A1 roofing is exactly that A1! I was very impressed with every aspect from start to finish!! Thank you so much"

"Nyboer builders did a great job with this project.  They took a bit longer than expected to complete the project,  but only a couple of weeks past the estimate and weather did play a part for some of the delay.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The roofing crew were all very friendly and very responsive to questions or small requests.    The job supervisor was especially professional and courteous.   I would highly recommend Nyboer builders to anyone.  I hope to use them again in the future for some remodeling work.

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"Light Of Day was by far the most affordable out of 11 different quotes, especially since I needed my garage decking redone. Almost every other quote was at least 1.5x the price, and some were nearly TRIPLE! Not only was the price fair, but they finished both buildings in 3 days and cleaned the yard so thoroughly I struggled to find even a couple tar paper flecks. 10 years later the roof still looks nearly brand new, and I still have 10 years left on their workmanship warranty. 10/10 would recommend these guys to ANYONE who is in their area. Especially to anyone worried about getting **** poor craftsmanship or scammed/ripped off. *photo is of roof after 10 years."
