"This company was recommended to us by several people. Unfortunately, over about 1.5 years of having them perform various services on our home (replacing the furnace, working on the in-ground heating and also repairing some drains in the garage) we are left worse off and thousands of dollars spent with poor outcomes. The furnace was installed improperly which caused an issue when the A/C was used the following spring which resulted in water damage to our basement. This went on multiple times and had to call the company out multiple times before they finally corrected it. The drains that were "fixed" still leak water. The in-ground heating was repaired but they did not have a correct valve part. Once this was finally re-installed the person installing it did not know how to work the system or show us how to use it. We are now calling out someone again on a Saturday to try and figure out the problem. Not a good company"
