"I was getting my house ready to sell and asked Mr. Perkins to repair several things around the house and also clean up my front and back yards and install sod in the front.   He also painted  several rooms inside, replaced a door and window, made several trips to the dump and, after I moved, went to the house and supervised a donation to Habitat For Humanity for me.
Mr. Perkins was quick, efficient and very hard working.  He went above and beyond what I asked him to do making sure the house looked nice to show prospective buyers.  When the house was in escrow the inspector found a repair was needed that I didn't see and Mr. Perkins went out the next day and fixed it.  When everything was finished, my house looked great and ready to sell.
Perkins and Sons prices were very reasonable for the amount of work they did.  
I can't say enough good things about Perkins and Sons.  Everyone I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful.  This was a huge job and some of the work had to be done after I moved out and away from the area.  I felt completely comfortable leaving knowing that I had someone I could trust taking care of things after I left.
I will recommend them to everyone!
