He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work.
