"This was the first time I had used their services. They showed up when they said they would, did not make a big mess, cleaned up and then left. Everything is A-o.k. I had to call them back because the sump pump I felt was going off too often. I tired calling about this problem several times but they waited 3 weeks until the manager finally called me back. They came back out and told me that everything was running okay. The dehumidifier they installed had a water level too low and was unable to drain properly. From my suggestion they put up two by four blocks to solve this problem. I still don’t think that it’s draining properly. The guys that came out didn’t seem to have good answers to the questions that I asked. I’m going to call them up to see if they can send out more knowledgeable workers."

He explained in detail what the job entailed and how long it would take to complete it. It was a pleasure working with him. We agreed to hire crawlspaces.com. The crew chief, Javi, and the rest of the crew were very professional and friendly as well. They treated our property with respect, as if it was their own home they were working on. The finished job is such a GREAT improvement to our crawlspace. We now have a cement floor crawl instead of dirt and gravel and also the entire walls of the crawl were sealed and spray foamed. They also installed a new sump pump. There is tons of storage space and its also a clean and healthier crawl. We have already noticed that our floors in our home are warmer!
