He knew I was holding a contract and ready to sign with another agency, dependent on his inspection and cost for protection. He gave me a very reasonable priceâ much lower than previous agency with no cancelation penalty. This is a young man trying to make it on his own. I gave him my trust, signed a contract and he did first treatment for pests and termites that day. I would recommend this young man for termite and pest protection.
