"Owner came to my home, offered a quote for monthly cleaning and a first date was set. They did not show up when they said they would so I messaged the owner to confirm the date and provide access instructions as I needed to leave. No response then and no response since. Not sure if they had a personal issue come up but I still haven't heard anything in a week. I really needed the help and, at this point without a response, would no recommend this business."
