"Was the most personable/professional contractor I have ever dealt with who showed up to give us an estimate on time and when hired showed up to do the job on time. As a matter of fact, he even moved his schedule around to accommodate a change in my schedule to come a day early! Definitely recommend his company to anyone. He took a so-so small job blocking up an existing doorway in our garage and treated it as a $10,000.00 job. Thank you, Mark!"

"They made time in their schedule to come immediately since I was moving out and needed some repairs done. They were very friendly and professional and got the job done right away. They cleaned up afterwards too!"

"I was very satisfied with Anderson Landscaping. I called them because of a flood I had suffered during recent heavy rains. The property did not have a proper drainage system due to its low elevation. Tod Anderson came out and quickly started troubleshooting and coming up with a multi-faceted approach toward mitigating future flooding issues. After the plan was designed and approved, the project started within a week. Every day, the landscapers would show up right on time and work meticulously throughout the day. Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible. He understood that landscaping was secondary to flood mitigation - and I very much appreciated his care and understanding of my problem. At several points throughout the project, I would notice areas that I figured I would have to go in and clean up or tweak. However, the landscapers always noticed those spots far before I even had to bring it up. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and care. I have already recommended them to another friend in need of a landscaper and would recommend them again."

"The quality of work is good, but they took a drawer of mine they were supposed to repair, but are refusing to return it. This has been going on for months now, and I have texts saying they do have it. They are not answering my calls, or replying my texts anymore."

"We feel like we won the lottery finding general contractor Billy Shapiro of SBS of South Florida to handle our shower remodel. We knew there was a leak, but didn't know where or how serious. Billy came out right away to evaluate the situation and come up with an initial plan at a fair estimate to repair the problem, knowing it could be more extensive. He was right. When his team began removing tile they discovered the leak had caused major damage and ended up demoing, rebuilding and retiling the shower. Billy's team is second to none -- they are skilled craftsman who do top quality exceptional work, pay meticulous attention to detail, are prompt and reliable, and leave the job site organized and clean at the end of each day. (How often do you find that level of professionalism any more in South Florida?) Billy is in regular communication with the customer, clearly explaining next steps throughout the entire project. The quote for the extra remodeling work was fair, reasonable, honest and well worth it considering the quality of work we received in return. Before this project was complete, we already began talking to Billy about having his team back for more projects. Our shower remodel looks like a million bucks but didn't come close to that price tag! We highly recommend Billy Shapiro and SBS of South Florida for your repair and remodeling work!"

"I can’t say enough good things about the work performed by Champion Concrete and the owner, Jaime Basilio. Of all the companies we had quote extensive repairs to the bricks for our 10 unit condominium, Jaime was the most professional and knowledgeable. He has a very good eye for detail and recognized areas in need of repair that were overlooked by the residents and other contractors we had bid the job. From start to finish, the project was done timely and efficiently. The debris was cleaned up and removed. Most importantly, Jaime communicated with us on a daily basis via phone, text and pictures of the progress they were making daily as he is on sight to supervise his excellent crew. You won’t be sorry hiring Champion Concrete for all your paver repair and replacement needs!"

"Very professional. On time and very clean. The rock wall came out beautiful. Would hire again."

"The tradesmen that we were assigned from OCA Tile Services were excellent. They were very courteous, very clean and very meticulous regarding the job they were hired to do. The first job was a floor installation on the entire first floor of a newly constructed home. Any imperfect or questionable areas were redone without argument. The finished floor is beautiful. We also hired OCA to do lighting, which included adding and moving receptacles and patching holes in the ceiling. We could not be happier with the work. We plan to hire OCA again to do more extensive work in our home."
