The gentleman could NOT have been nicer. After taking our information he promised a technician call within the hour. It was even less. A technician was at our door in less then an hour from the call. He was courteous, professional and even took off his shoes upon entering. Colonial technician determined it was a pipe that had burst and sprayed the roof making it look like a roof issue.
