When challenged none of the other companies could revise their estimate to even come close. Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. I first spoke to Trish who was wonderful and assured me that they would try to get someone out that afternoon. By 2:20, Bill had arrived at my dad’s house, and was calling me back to verify that a new thermostat was needed and installed! "We used All City Plumbing for an angle stop valve behind the toilet that was leaking. They answered my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Around 40mins before the plumber arrived I got a text that told me who was coming to my house, a short bio about him, and an estimated time of arrival. The plumber, Joel Diaz, arrived to my house at the beginning of the appointment window and was very kind and courteous. Joel quickly evaluated the leak, had a plan to fix the leak, and gave me a no pressure proposal and quote. I agreed and he got to work immediately. Joel installed a higher quality valve than what was initially installed and I feel very confident that the valve will hold up a long time. Joel is a very nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to show me what he was doing. He also finished the install extremely fast and left no mess at all. I was very impressed with Joel's work. I recommend anyone to use All City Plumbing (hopefully you get Joel!), and I will as well for any future plumbing needs."

"OC EXCEL was great! I worked with Ionel (he goes by John) and he was AWESOME! After the a few years back my AC finally broke from all of the ash and I needed to replace it. So after doing some research I met with John for a free estimate. He was super thorough and didn't rush me at all to try and make a sale. He told me what the issues were and what some of my options were and we decided to that it would make the most sense to actually replace the whole system, heating and AC. I didn't think I had the budget to do it, but he knew of some wholesale places that offer full units at discounts and gave me several options to choose from. Of course I looked up the prices for each of the units online to do an independent price comparison and saw his prices were 30% lower! So I had him come over and do the work. I was so impressed with his work style, he's respectful manor throughout the house and his really thoughtful approach. I could tell he was never looking to up sell me on anything and wanted to make sure he provided me the best options available at reasonable costs. It took him the whole day to work here though he only planned for half that time and he never charged me anything extra for the work. For example, apparently my house's attic access hole was too small to get the furnace out!! However, instead of charging me for that extra work he actually made the hole in the attic bigger and was able to get the old one out and install the new one. I asked him several times if this would increase the cost and was more than ready to pay for it, however he said it wasn't my fault the house was built this way and I shouldn't have to pay for it. Plus the price he quoted was what he was going to stick to! I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to fix or replace their AC or Heater! It's hard to find someone in the service industry that's trust worthy but John is definitely one of them."
