"This company is very professional. The owner ensured that the job would be done in a timely manner even given all the extensive work we had done on our yard. The workers were all very professional in their work ethic. The grass in our backyard hadn’t been treated for 20 years and had a lot of patches of missing grass. After fertilizing the soil and laying down the seeds necessary we have had so much grass growth even with the newly installed garden beds that were placed to give our yard some privacy. Our yard is also known to flood a lot during storms. We just recently had a storm in Connecticut with lots of tree fall and thankfully with the proper installation of the patio and flagstone our yard remains perfectly intact! "Ken is really knowledgeable, he came into a situation where the contractor had ripped the room apart and had disconnected many different wires. The disconnection affected another bedroom and partially my living room. Ken was able to access the situation and put everything back together. He added all the new wiring we needed (fan, lighting, outlets, 3-way switch) and got everything working in a short time. I really appreciate his skill level and ability to troubleshoot. All said I will be calling them back in the future for sure. Did I say he works quickly, he finished the work in just a little over 5hrs. Amazing. Mike was offering a 20% off coupon, but even without that, his quote came in lower and with better materials than the other two companies I had quote (and I had already worked with one company on a large project). He came right out to look at the job and had a quote to me within 24 hours. He answered all my questions and we struck a deal. It took a little longer to get started than he said, but it was entirely due to the rainy weather we've had in July and early August. It seemed to pour on every start date we set. Nevertheless, he made my hard deadline with time to spare. He also did the job right -- making sure everything was level, that my plants were taken care of during the building process, ensuring that I was consulted during the building and that I had no questions, and (very important!) using the best quality materials. I watched the guys who built the divider wall and they spent a lot of time picking through the pile of former-chimney rocks to find just the right ones and to lay them in perfectly. They were all so professional and nice that I shared a beer with them at the end of one day's work. Fantastic experience and end-result. Can't wait for the rain to stop so I can use it!"
