"Hired for a job in Historic St Augustine. Was very upfront on the location of the house. Scheduled for 8:30 am. At 8:55 am the day of the job, the plumber called and was like "Oh, you're way down in St Augustine." Umm, yeah. He didn't show up until 9:45 am. Needed him to fix an outside water spigot and he did the job. Then needed to address poor water pressure in a bathroom sink. Assumed it was a clogged aerator. He could not remove the aerator but he did check the water pressure and it was good. The next day I watched a youtube video and removed the aerator myself. There was another fine mesh one behind it. Could not remove that so I ended up replacing the faucet myself. Now it works fine. Would I recommend? Eh, probably not. If St Augustine is too far to drive to make an 8:30 appointment, tell me up-front. And no, did not get any discount for making me wait. In fact he was there a little over an hour and I got charged for 1.25 hours. "

"A pipe that supplied the hot water heater was leaking water onto the floor in the garage. Zef and an assistant from Flow Solutions was able to arrive within a couple of hours of my call. The problem I could see was that water was on the floor under the water heater. They quickly found the problem in the wall behind the water heater. They pulled out the wet drywall and the insulation, found the leaking pipe and replaced it. I liked it that Zef told me about the licenses he holds for doing this work. He explained to me that the wall must be left open to let it dry well before repairing it. (I will most likely be contacting the person to repair the drywall and insulation through this wonderful service, HomeAdvisor, Inc.!!)"

"My husband and I were referred to CGC Water by close friends. Everything from the first appointment with the sales man to having the project complete felt very intentional and customer focused. They took water samples, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions (we had plenty) and set us up with everything we needed. I was really happy that they got us on the schedule quickly, we did not have to wait 4+ weeks that other projects have taken. The install was very thorough and even though nobody will see the equipment the install spot was left clean and the piping all looks nicely hung. That may not matter to everyone but I noticed. Before leaving, the technician made sure all equipment was working and retested the water to make sure it meets our expectations. Now we have a Kinetico whole house water softener, and a Kinetico RO drinking water system. I am so glad we went with the Kinetico system. I can tell a difference in everything! I dont get spots on the dishes anymore, my towels dont smell funky after washing them and having good water has even helped with dry skin. I love the drinking water too! I really can tell a difference from other drinking water and I always fill my water bottle up at home before leaving the house because other water just does not compare. I really appreciate the follow up as well, we opted for the scheduled salt deliveries and filter changes so we dont have to worry about it as much. I highly recommend CGC and the Kinetico water equipment."
