This was a big demo with a complete renovation of tub, tile flooring and removal of a wall partition. Ron sent me a quote within 3 days of my request, and had a contract ready when I agreed with the quote. I wish I could submit photos of the before and after, you will be amazed. "I worked with Owen and Josh and it was a great experience and a learning one! He walked the house, identified possible issues and provided a reasonable price. Owen always let me know when he was going to arrive, offered a good price, and completed a lot of work in just a couple of days. They did an outstanding job patching stucco cracks all around the house and after 25 years there were certainly a lot of them. I worked from home and frequently checked with Owen to see how things were going and learned a few things along the way as well as a proper paint to extend the life of my stucco. There was also a major issue with the chimney and Owen had to replace the rotted wood substrate and rebuild the chimney to code which wasn't done during construction. He even matched the existing stucco pattern. A magician and stucco work..who knew! Owen will definitely be the first person I call if I need any more stucco work (hopefully not!) and will spread the word about his great work."

"The painters were awesome.  They did an excellent job.  The business owner didn't paint.  During his visits, he went on and on going over the same details.  I purchased three painters for a day for $640, which sounded great.  The owner seemed to do a bait and switch on me.  He told me that his guys couldn't do a bathroom in the same day.  I knew that I would pay extra for all that I wanted, but I ended up paying a lot more money to get what I wanted painted.  When the guys painted the bathrooms, they took a break for lunch and came back to complete the job.  So when he told me that the painters couldn't do a bathroom in a day due to the paint needing time to dry, it wasn't true. I loved the painting but the business owner was not anyone that I'd want to deal with again.
