In less than a year we have had to remodel both bathrooms , replace a refrigerator that we were told was new , had to have cracks in the sheet rock fixed throughout ceilings and walls , completely redo a pool that we were told was just refinished only to find out he patched himself and painted . We have found ceramic tiles that only had mortar around the edges and no mortar under . The living room and kitchen were made an open concept and no beam in the ceiling was added . Electrical sockets not working randomly throughout the house . Bay doors from our room to the back patio leak. This has caused my wife and I a ton of stress after the repairs of leaking pipes in the guest bathroom we will be at nearly 50,000 dollars in repairs we have taken on in a house that were were told was taken down to studs and remodeled will everything new by Curtis himself .
