"Overall a good experience. On carpet: My only complaint would be that the carpet was back ordered and took much longer to arrive than originally promised. It happens, but I felt left in the dark for a long time. Looks great, and their crew moved all the furniture and put it back just right. On the hardwood, they were really good. it was complicated because of water damage and mold remediation and the time it took for the floor to dry out. They were very concerned about making sure the subfloor was ready before installation and took extra care to work around existing cabinetry. If I could add a and quot;plusand quot; I' give a B plus. <br />"

They came out the same day and were great to work with. They worked around several features that made the job more challenging (hearth, baseboard heater) with aplomb.
