The home sprinkler system wasn't working and within 10 mins, Greg surveyed the property and got a portion of the system to work. He quickly located a crack/leaks in the prior irrigation system. He gave me an honest and fair assessment of the problem, his recommendation, he made time in his schedule to make the fixes and got 'er done. In addition, he shared his insight and recommendations for landscaping. "After paying Austin "in Full", he still has not repaired my sprinkler system. He had a lot of excuses to not show up such as family emergency, vacation or he was a no call-n show. On his last visit 3/19, he said he was not licensed to do certain tasks and would need to call in another M&M person. We have not heard anything from Austin or any other employee."
