"Excellent work! Ron O'Steen was the person in charge of the first visit and quotes, and he came out during the job to inspect and ensure everything was going properly. I modified the job slightly at the beginning (to widen the parking area and increase the amount of area to be paved) and it was readily handled at only a modest increase in cost. <br /> The crew was great, and the site foreman kept us up to date as to plans and progress. We did have a 2-day delay in the middle of the project, but that was due to weather. The night after subgrade preparation and compaction, we had 2 inches of rain, which washed away several sections and made final compaction impossible until things dried out. Once things dried out, they were done in three days; one day each for subgrade repair and compaction, oiling and sealing, then finally paving. <br /> The entire job took one week start to finish. The professionalism of the crew was outstanding. And there were extra things that they did that I would not have expected, including: having a road sweeper out to clean up the neighborhood street to remove excess dirt and debris; bringing in topsoil to dress the driveway edges; and a couple hours after I thought they were done and all the heavy equipment was gone, a water truck arrived to wash down the entire street in front of the house. . <br /> Would recommend to anyone looking for a similar project. <br /> <br />"

"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day. "Top notch company.from making the appointment to the finished project. TC came out in the morning and was very knowledgeable about our project.the price he quoted in my opinion was very reasonable. We explained that we were going out of town soon and he managed to get the work done that day .when the two gentlemen arrived to repair our driveway they were very friendly and courteous they explained what had to be done and moved right along to fix the issue .one slab of our driveway had sunk about two inches. The process they used was totally amazing you could never tell that it had sunk.when they were done they cleaned everything up and asked if we were satisfied and we definitely were.I definitely would recommend APD.The warranty is great,the price was right and the quality of the work was excellent very professional and friendly to deal with.great company from start to finish"

We actually had hired another contractor, who took such a long time, never returned our calls, missed meetings, and took months to even get us our bid. And when that contractor did get us our bid, it was more than doubled our previously discussed budget!  <br /> That is when we called you, you came out immediately, was extremely professional, but more importantly, you had a personal interaction with both me and my wife throughout the entire process. You answered all our phone calls, all of our questions, and talked with us throughout the entire process. We felt extremely confident and assured through the entire lift. This house is our dream house and we are going to live in it until we die, and you knew how much it meant to us, and you took care of it as if it were your own. <br /> As you know, my wife ended up in the hospital with some complications with her surgery while you were working on our home, and you took such great care of our house. You knew she was very disappointed that she could not be there, as she designed the foundation window placements and had a big part in the doors and steps. Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife.  Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. "I was very happy with Ram Jack. The other major foundation company in the area wanted to do three times the amount of work needed to correct my foundation issue and quoted $30,000 for an overkill solution. The first set of brackets Ram Jack installed sat too high and were visible on my back patio. I talked to the owner and his crew came back and replaced the brackets with no questions asked. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job. <br />"

"They are so excellent. They took all of their equipment home with them at night. At 530 AM in the morning they bring a truck that unloads all of their equipment and you never hear them. My neighbor actually told me this because he goes to work at this time. They were so professional the whole time they were here. At one time we offered them refreshments and they respectfully declined. They told me that the company actually provides all the refreshments for them as well as lunches. If I called the office needing anything they handled it immediately. When they started the project they moved everything from the Lani while they were doing the work. They actually took pictures before they moved the furniture so they could put it back just as we had it. Everyone form the crew chief to every worker was great."
