"He was very fast and efficient. Took him only a few minutes to install. I then remembered I had an outside electrical outlet that was loose. He said no problem and had it fixed in 5 minutes. It works perfectly and is no longer a shock hazard. I tried to give him some extra money but he refused. He was very polite and said just one service charge. He installed new tile in my shower with a shower seat , new exhaust fans, moved an electric outlet, plumbing, vinyl plank flooring, painting. It was a total redo. The countertop and shower glass installers were both amazed at the quality of his work which is seldom seen and wanted his contact info. He also saved me the time and expense of hiring a handyman. He changed all my doorknobs in my home, rekeying the front door, hung storage organizers in my garage, and touched up walls damaged from installation of plantation shutters. I have 3 different companies come out and give me quotes, tell me how long it would take and the quality/warranty of their equipment. 3D solar was best in every way. Chris gave me the cost and power producing expectations. I wasn't given a pushy sales talk but a realistic one. I even asked about upgrading to more panels and instead of jumping on it, earning more money, he told me I didn't need and he didn't recommend it. I haven't had a full winter yet of collecting power to cover summer charges, but I am already saving money! My house is 2000 sq ft with a pool. Normal summer charges were between $300-359 a month. I enjoyed my $75 bill during the summer. Next summer they should be even less. My May bill was only $9!!! "Our toilet seat snapped off and needed to be replaced.  We thought this might be something we could do ourselves (we do not consider ourselves to be 'handy'), but to be prepared, we researched a few contractors. We sent a message through Angie's List asking if they could install a toilet seat (soft close seat for a Toto Dual Flush toilet).  We received a quick response from Frank Pellerito asking us to provide details in order for them to send us a price quote.  We appreciate the promptness. However, after contacting Toto online, we received the information we needed to tackle the job ourselves.
