"I can not say enough good things about Capital Palmetto Builders. Ivan and his team were very professional, walked us through the whole process and answered the many questions we had. Before we began the process of getting a new roof and seamless gutters we did our due diligence and contacted two other companies along with Capital Palmetto Builders. After meeting with the other two roofing companies there was no doubt that we were going with Capital, and I’m so glad we did! The roof and seamless gutters looks absolutely amazing and the crew did a very detailed clean up of all roofing debris and nails that were on the ground before they left. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters installed!!"

The work done on the roof was Very Professional.
The problems we encountered were that:·        
They did not adhere to our request NOT to come during a time that we were out of town.
       
They did not call before coming to the house. They would just show up and start working when we were not home.
        
Damage was done in Hail Storm May 2014 in Richland Northeast, the roof was replaced in September 2014, and the remainder of the work was completed in March 2015.
        
They did not supply an itemized bill for what work was performed.  The bill was just a lump sum of what they wanted to be paid. 
The work was good but the billing and work practices were not what I would expect from a
good company. 

After sending us the itemized bill, Mr Roy Bauer made an appointment in May 2015 to ensure we had all the billing information requested and discuss the matters listed. He personally appologize for the inconviences.  He realized that there was some miscommunication, during this time of massive number of damaged units, that needs to be changed. He said he was going to make some changes to his business procedures to ensure that this does not happen in the future.

"After seeing a few commercials of Brighter Side Roofing, I asked my Daughter to contact them when my roof began to leak thru my laundry room ceiling a few weeks ago. Since I couldn't remember the name of the company, I waited for the commercial to appear again because I liked everything about it. Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed. We offered to buy him and his assistant lunch, but they graciously refused , asking us to donate to a good cause, to pay it forward.
