The roof and seamless gutters looks absolutely amazing and the crew did a very detailed clean up of all roofing debris and nails that were on the ground before they left. "From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. There were many, friendly and efficient workers, all here at the same time. They worked very hard and were relentless in their efforts to please my wife and me."

I called her back but instead spoke to gentleman on the phone - he insisted in getting my "husband's information" when he was getting my information - I asked him if that mattered and he said he likes to get all of the information for "decision makers" from the beginning. I did not provide that info but nonetheless he sent his workers to arrange estimate on 7/24 for roofing repairs. Was told they would suggest to owner to send both a quote for repairs and full roof replacement. Put tarps over damaged areas to keep additional leaks from happening. ($195.00) Never got a quote from them. Messaged them multiple times and never heard back. The workers that came out to inspect the roof were great but never got a quote to get any other work done."

"After seeing a few commercials of Brighter Side Roofing, I asked my Daughter to contact them when my roof began to leak thru my laundry room ceiling a few weeks ago. Since I couldn't remember the name of the company, I waited for the commercial to appear again because I liked everything about it. Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed. We offered to buy him and his assistant lunch, but they graciously refused , asking us to donate to a good cause, to pay it forward.
