"The fireplace installed was very nice and for the most part I was happy with the gas fireplace itself.  The down side of the installation was that finding a source for the electricity required for the firebox left me with two large holes drilled in my bedroom wall in order to reach the fire box to provide the electricity needed for its operation.  I ended up with two holes because the first attempt did not successfully reach the fireplace so another hole was drilled about 1 foot from that.  These holes are about 1" - 2" in size.  The need to drill was discussed prior to the installation and I understood the need to find an electrical source and I agreed with using my bedroom because the original proposed site was right next to the fireplace and would have looked unsightly when completed.  I must admit that I had no idea how unsightly these holes were going to look prior to giving the go ahead.  In retrospect I think they need to do a much better job on the electrical portion of the installation and include using both an electrician to properly wire the box for its electrical needs and a drywall person to repair any sheetrock damage done to complete the installation.  Their proposed use of a cable cover over these large holes doesn't properly address the problem and degrades their workmanship"

"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. We had a bit of a "special" circumstance -- a family of racoons living in chimney - they were over 2 stories down the chimney. Stan and his crew did all the work they could and capped the chimneys except for the one that the racoons inhabited. Stan had his team check back regularly, even weeks after the bulk of the work was done and paid for, and capped off the final chimney when the racoons were gone! We appreciated his diligence and getting that done for us!"

Phil, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out, very high quality. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs. (I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the old skylight. You could hardly see out of it and there was a large crack. Now we see clearly out of it.)"
