The 100 foot stone-like meandering wall was a great project as the new patio with embedded natural gas outlet. There are many extras too numerous to mention. He is friendly, direct and went above and beyond my initial request by also fixing g a leak in my drip system hose as well as replacing a drip system sprinkler with a broken head! "They did a good job fixing the sprinkler system, but they left a long rubber piece sticking out of the ground in the back yard. I don't know what it is or if it's safe to cut it off. His work was way over-priced. They did not give us a written estimate. I believe he got us confused with another estimate. He quoted us price. After the work was done, the bill was $300 more than he quoted. When I questioned him, he said he gave us an $800 discount. He said, I quoted you It was more than $1,000 over what he had actually quoted us. We would never have agreed to what he said he quoted us because we thought the lower price was still way too much. Getting him paid was a nightmare. He told us he accepted credit cards. When we tried to pay him through Home Advisor using a credit card, it wasn'tt set up to take credit cards. I ended up having to get a cash draw on my credit card, which cost me an additional $45. There were four sprinkler valves on the side of my house. They replaced all four. Then they told me two of them weren'tt connected to anything. They didn't speak English well enough to make me understand why they replaced the two that weren'tt connected to anything. I gave them 3 stars because (1) he came out when he said he would (which 3 other contractors didn't do) and (2) the sprinkler system works for the first time in 2 years. Everything else about this job was not a good experience."

"Raul + his team are awesome. He was able to come out and give me a quote within a day or so and then his crew came to work the next day. They did a great job, and Raul even came out to check on issue I had some concerns about. Turns out it was from a previous job/homeowner but he fixed it immediately and on the house. I've had several contractors come out to fix various irrigation issues and this is the only person I will call for these jobs as long as I live in the area. "Hector actually started digging around to see if he could locate the pipe and location of the "break" so that he could properly assess the job and give me a quote. After seeing the system turned on and seeing that the sprinklers still had good water pressure, he suspected it might be something other than a broken pipe, and he was right. Turns out that buried deep down and obstructed by tree roots was a capped sprinkler head and the stem just below the cap was cracked. With that discovery the fix was pretty easy. I appreciate that Hector took a serious look at the job first instead of just throwing out an expensive solution, like a couple others did. Hector is prompt, courteous, very professional, worked quickly, problem solved, and charged a reasonable and fair price for his work. I will hire him again for an upcoming irrigation project I am planning."
