I went on the website, requested a call back for assistance. Within the same day Gerrod returned my call and was very professional and answered all questions asked. He fit me into his schedule that day. He has an incredible knowledge of squirrels and other wildlife. He explained everything, inspected the entire roof including walking around the perimeter of my entire home, checking all access points and possible issues. He explained the options and after I asked additional questions, I chose what was best for me. Gerrod was very upfront about costs and additional circumstances when dealing with critters such as squirrels. He left all the decision making in my hands never pressuring me. Gerrod gave me enough information that I felt I could make an educated decision in the course of action we needed to take. "It went amazingly well.  They started on the day after the "big game", and did all the shoveling to access the roof and set up the scaffolding.  Brian the foreman and his crew were really polite and pleasant to work with.  Yvonne was the contact person in the office and was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns.  They really did a fabulous job cleaning up at the end of the day and at the end of the job itself, which took a couple of weeks.  It takes a while to take the tiles off the roof and keep them in order as is necessary to replace them properly.  Renaissance had a "port-o-potty" delivered while the work was being done , and that also made a good impression on me , as it's more considerate and sanitary than what I've seen happen with other contractors , if you know what I mean.   Both my husband and I were very impressed with their service and workmanship.  They had to modify some of the downspouts to drain properly and the welding is lovely.  <br /> I would recommend them to anyone with a roof that needs work, but especially those that have unusual slate or tile roofing. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
