"We couldn't be happier! Alliance performed work on our home in early March, the week before we moved in - there were known foundation cracks, and the inspection also revealed a small amount of mold. From the first phone call, to the initial eval and quote, to the completion of work - everything was timely and professional. We elected to have them gut the small lower level (of our tri-level home), and are thankful we did - rotten floorboards and an additional crack were discovered. We were called and consulted prior to them doing some additional work that was required. The cracks were repaired, the containment process was excellent, and the work area was completely cleared of debris and was left tidy when they were finished. Then, all we had to do was wait for some torrential rain to see if the repairs worked! It is now June, and we've had 2 days of heavy rain - the type of rain that previously caused there to be water all over the lower level (this home was known to us for several years prior to purchase from a family member). I'm so thrilled to report that although our side yard is a lake (which normally meant that so was the basement), our basement is completely dry! Not a drop. We are so happy that we feel safe finishing the lower level now, and have some wonderful additional living and storage space. The cost for repair was 100% worth it. Thank you so much for everything!"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Overall fine, we don't have a leaky basement anymore. They were a bit evasive when we contacted them a few days after the installation when we saw a leak at the end of the drain tile. Once the project manager took a look at the issue they fixed it promptly. They had to repair a portion of the drain tile because they did not install sufficient gravel around the end of the drain tile."

"My out of town elderly parents were putting their home an the market in Rockford, and I needed to find a trusted reliable handyman to help them with odds and ends of getting a house ready to sell. Brian was an absolute dream to work with! Repsctful, responsive, courteous to both myself and my parents -- He was so thoughtful of the work they needed. He ran the errands to Home depot to get supplies or ordered them where needed. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. Mom and Dad were so impressed they have called him several times sine to assist with small jobs around the house. <br /> I most strongly recommend Brian Angel!!! He is a lost breed and an absolute gem! <br />"

"I know others have complained about the price and so I contacted our local water testing company for costs. My local company wanted to charge me for individual testing of all the things Environmental was charging me a flat fee for. With my local company I was well over $600 to cover the same testing Environmental was doing for around $200. They sent me the bottles to ship my liquid in and provided me with a free shipping container to send back to them. I didn't have to pay the return postage. I think the entire transaction from placement on Angies List to a report in my hand was about a week or week and a half. I called the number they gave to have someone go over my report with me, which was great. We did have to mitigate a few issues based on the report. Overall, I am completely satisfied and will probably used them on a yearly basis or so for our well testing. <br />"

"The service went well. I ended up contracting them to replace a faucet in the kitchen and to repair filters for most of the sinks in the house. The technicians were very friendly and did a nice job. Making an appointment was very easy and they were very accommodating."

"The workmanship is great, honest and friendly team. We love the system and enjoy having a home filter system for chemical free water. We do not buy bottle water anymore and it saves us a lot of money too! It is well worth the investment."
