"I recently hired Penn Ohio to do a roof repair. They responded quickly and came out within the week to give me a quote. The repair was simple except it isn't always easy to stop a leak. After they repaired and replaced some shingles for the repair, it rained and it was still leaking. I talked to Dustin and he explained it isn't always easy to find and fix the leak. I used to work on cars and had to trace repairs regularly and understand how that works. But he said they would come back out and address the issue again.
