"I had a washing machine not working in one of my apartment buildings. My preferred vendor was not able to schedule a technician for at least a week, so I gave All Tech Appliance Service a call. They were able to fit me in their schedule within a couple of days. But better yet, their scheduler suggested I try a quick fix on the washing machine. Her suggestion worked! Problem solved. And the tech visit was cancelled. It felt like a Miracle on 34th Street moment. I have since updated my preferred vendor list and All Tech will now get the first call for any future appliance issues. Thank you!"

"Kevin called 10 mins before arriving. Was punctual and began work right away. He quickly identified the problem, had the part on hand and let me know the anticipated cost to repair. Kevin was spot on! He successfully tested the repair and retested with me watching, explaining what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Kevin was quick, thorough and very professional. The cost was very reasonable--better than a quote by phone I had received from another (non-Angie's) service provider. I'm very satisfied with Kevin and Appliance Guys, and highly recommend them!"

"I checked out Riegelmann's since they had what I was looking for, and have had poor experiences more than once at another very large local applicance store. I was pleasantly surprised--I was not "attacked" by a salesperson, and they were very friendly, low-pressure people which I like. I also prefer to support local businesses so it was nice to find another local appliance store where I will now make my purchases. I have not used their service department but was happy to hear that they don't outsource, like other stores (that is also where i have had very bad experiences)."

"Very well. The repairman checked the washer thoroughly, and determined that we didnt need to replace the motor at this time. We really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Will definitely call them the next time we need any household appliance repairs."

"The experience went very well. As always, they sent someone that was very competent and who was trained to fix the issue. Did a very good job. Gave me more pointers on how to fix my stove-top. I have been using them for over ten years now. They do a good job for a good value. They don't try to tell me to repair something if it isn't really needed, and they tell me when it isn't worth doing at all.

They have fixed my washing machine, freezer, dishwasher (twice), and my oven as well. They always do a great."

"Pat answered the phone himself. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with both myself and my husband; listened to the problem, and made his diagnosis. Called back in about 30 minutes with a quote after he had checked the price on the replacement part. Pat replaced the complete door locking mechanism, as well as the relay (?) that triggers the washer; it was all one large part with a lot of wires. Pat was prompt, kept to his bid, explained to me what he was doing, and was a dream to work with. I would definitely use him again, and will probably call him before I make any appliance purchases in the future! Our washer is probably 10 years old, so we weren't sure whether to make the repair investment, or replace the washer. I gave Pat a "B" on the price only because I wish the part was cheaper, but his billing was more than fair!"
