"The roof is beautiful. They fixed what the previous contractor failed to do correctly and were professional and timely."

"I was initially planning on an addition to my 10 yr old house. As the existing attic space was evaluated, the contractor found that I actually had a hole in my roof and the initial roofing work had been subpar. The defects were explained and I could see I really needed a whole new roof. I was given choices of shingles and learned about a new product that helps to prevent moss growth on the roof. The roofers worked together and very efficiently. Also the work was done with care as to not damage my gardens. They cleaned the area up nicely at the end of the day. My neighbor noticed my roof and asked if my contractor would evaluate his roof. The contractor did so that day. He also had his roof replaced right after mine. So nice we received our new roofs right before the fall through spring rain started. This company besides doing excellent work definitely pays attention to the smallest details, listens attentively to how you expected the project to turn out and were very kind. Pat."

"Rufus Aylwin and Aylwin Construction have been operating for years in the Portland area. We find they are easy to work with. This was the second time Rufus helped us out. He was strongly recommended by a friend and Realtor. The roof was leaking and Rufus immediately sent members of his team to tarp the leaking part of the roof It was an old roof and overdue for replacement. The new roof was applied after installing several damaged plywood sheets. We no longer live in the Portland area so this had to handled long-distance. We have confidence in their professionalism."

"Redbird roofing was the only company that actually sent a roofer to figure out my leak problem. Taylor listened, wasn’t pushy, got up on the roof and took his time trying to see where the leak was coming from, he was kind and considerate, and didn’t push me to replace my entire roof. Amber who runs their office was just as considerate. I will definitely get an estimate from them first when I replace my whole roof. Too bad other companies don’t combine kindness with integrity."

"I recently got my roof replaced with a metal roof. I wanted a roof that would last me a lot longer than a shingle roof. I expected that probably it would be a little bit louder during the rain, however I was pleasantly surprised that it is not. :-) Spruce up nw was amazing at how quickly they removed and replaced the roof. They worked even in the cold rain to get it done as quickly as possible. They were always pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned my gutters and checked that the internal vents were all connected. I canâ t say enough about how fantastic they were! The roof looks fantastic, and we are very happy. I highly Recommend Spruce Up NW!"

"Evergreen removed our 40 year old metal roof and installed a new 50 year shingle. Great communication from Bid to Completion. Crew cleaned the entire site daily and repaired anything to make our roof better in the long run."

"We were looking for a trustworthy roofer to completely rip and replace our roof. As new buyers we were tight on budget and also on our timeframe to get the work done. We got quotes from three roofers. Cesar was the most authentic and was extremely kind and flexible. He was very communicative with us, and was able to offer us pricing almost $3,000 less than the other two quotes. Not only that, but he was was able to schedule us immediately and completed our 2,000sq ft house in 1.5 days. They handled everything from disposal, plywood replacement for rotten panels and the full roof/flashing install. I couldnâ t be happier. You wonâ t be disappointed if you work with them."
