He was strongly recommended by a friend and Realtor. "I recently got my roof replaced with a metal roof. I wanted a roof that would last me a lot longer than a shingle roof. I expected that probably it would be a little bit louder during the rain, however I was pleasantly surprised that it is not. :-) Spruce up nw was amazing at how quickly they removed and replaced the roof. They worked even in the cold rain to get it done as quickly as possible. They were always pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned my gutters and checked that the internal vents were all connected. I canâ t say enough about how fantastic they were! The roof looks fantastic, and we are very happy. The Job: My roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney by the original installer which caused the decking underneath to rot out. Ricardo repaired the roof in September 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025 after several very rainy days and am happy to say the job is holding up very well!
