"I've had numerous individuals and companies do various jobs at our homes over the past 40 years and Keith is among the best I've ever had. We had a small drywall patch to be repaired and textured to be ready to paint. Keith laid out plastic and paper from the front door to the bedroom. Covered the bedroom floor and bookshelves with plastic. After securing the replacement piece of sheetrock and taping the seams, he put two layers of mud (two different types to assure the paint would not have an unnatural sheen) and then applied the texture material to an area that was perhaps 4-5 times the area of the patch to so it blended in with the existing textured ceiling. Top notch, professional job. Would hire again for drywall work and highly recommend him based on my experience."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."

He was referred to me by another contractor and we were happy with the results. He always came out when he said he would and he finished the job on time so i could get my next tenant in the home. "He was really, really good, except that he has a tendency to underestimate the effort, which is fine by me. He was there for three and a half days and his bid was for two days. So it took him a whole lot longer than he expected to do, but he didn't charge me any extra money. He did a great job. He left everything as clean as it could be. Every day when he left, he cleaned up. He was on time every morning and stayed all day. He did exactly what I wanted him to do."
