Within three hours of the service call, Corey (Ice Man) was on site, fixing it. Our service call window was 12-2pm, and he was onsite by 12:30pm. Corey is professional, courteous, and you can tell that he's excited about talking to customers about appliances and appliance repair. He even offered to fix someone else's work (the water delivery system) and was quick to show us how to avoid trouble with kinked water hoses in the future. 
Hopefully, we won't need to call Corey again, but if our appliances go haywire, he'll be the first call I make.

They are busy, so you may not get same day response. If you have an emergency, they will come out right away. If its not, you may have to wait a day or so. They are a good company, and they have so many customers. Most definitely. There was one worker. It depends on the job.They have never been out here more than thirty to forty five minutes. Depending on what the job is. Spotless. The whole service. They are very friendly. Professional. Do a good job. They get the job done."
