And not only did we get to have a conversation right then and there, but he wanted to know the details of the job and gave me an approximate estimate over the phone. The job was to fill in a 4' x 8' hole we had cut out of our basement concrete slab due to a heating oil spill that was there when we bought the house - and the oil had seeped through the concrete into the dirt below, so we cut the slab and dug out the contaminated media (and had it appropriately disposed of). Then Mani did the concrete restoration work. Mani and his crew of 2 showed up on time, they were efficient and respectful of our house, and I couldn't have been happier. The concrete is setting up nicely and looks to be a very good pour. I would hire again, definitely."
