The quality is great, and he is very easy to work with, went the extra mile to be sure that things were done exactly as I wanted. He has his own crew, doesn't use sub-contractors. We agreed on a schedule, and although the workers were a little late getting there the first day (to set the support posts in concrete), there was very heavy traffic. But, I had to call John to find out if they were coming.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The second day went very smoothly--the got the fence panels up, left the yard completely clean, took away all debris, and it looks GREAT! "After we contacted Rick's, the estimator was out to our home immediately and gave us a bid right away. We signed with them in September and wasn't scheduled for the install until mid-December. They arrived on the scheduled date, but then were unable to complete the project in the estimated 2 days. Due to the holidays and some complications, the project wasn't completed until the last week of January. However, the manager did follow-up with a call to apologize for the delays and collected our feedback. We appreciated that professionalism and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, be patient as they are working on their communication skills with the customer, but seem to be a well-meaning local company."

"I went out for quotes and they gave me the best price. I contracted for a 10 foot gate and a regular gate. After starting the work they suggested I change my requirements to three regular gates instead of one regular gate and one 10 foot gate. They made the change at no additional cost and I have been very pleased with the change. <br />"

"Very well, Bella sent a representative to talk to us to determine exactly what we wanted our privacy fence to look like and to provide. They listened and made suggestions and offered us two styles to choose from. They gave us price and explained what they would do step-by-step. An important note, Bella was offered a deal on the materials from one of their suppliers that they passed on us. Our fence was made with a much greater grade of wood than was promised in the contract because Bella passed the deal to us. Bella did a fantastic job and we will hire them again for future jobs.
