"Chebo is amazing the attention to detail and making sure everything was done right is clear when you are working with him. He went above and beyond on my job making sure everything was painted including the foundation and gas meter! He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. I bought new handsets and locks for all the doors and he even installed them after painting the doors. What is even more special about his company being a local family owned business is when he needed help from a crew on the big days it was his brothers that joined the project. Amazing work the house looks completely new. I am absolutely recommending his services to my friends, coworkers, and neighbors!!!!!"

They were very beautiful and the person who did them, Kurt, did a really good job and he is a very nice person, someone I can trust in my home. Very great and prompt service. "Alex was friendly and provided the lowest bid, but the project had significant compliance and quality issues. A 5-day estimate stretched to 8; while I prioritized quality over speed, the final stages felt rushed and lacked transparency. Most concerningly, the top step was installed at an 8.5? rise, violating Oregon code. Alex admitted he knew it was out of code but did not disclose this until we pointed it out. The resolution process was defensive and difficult. While early work was careful, quality declined on the final day. Alex recommended leaving one step sloped, then later criticized the look of his own recommendation. I had to personally shim and level a tread myself after he left. Additionally, the railing was cut short and visibly patched, and our hallway baseboards were discarded without consultation. To his credit, Alex offered to return for finishing work the next day. However, the lack of transparency regarding code and the inconsistent finish were disappointing."

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"This review is long overdue! This was our first remodel project and Charles made it painless for us. Not only did Charles do an amazing job with our remodel and our beautiful new bathroom, he communicated with me to make sure I knew when he'd be there, and showed up when he said he would. If we ran into something that didn't work, he came up with a solution. This guy worked his butt off and did beautiful work. I'm so glad our first experience with a contractor was with Charles."

"We put off remodeling our severely outdated kitchen for over a decade, because we couldn't find a company we wanted to work with. IKEA, Lowes, Home Depot associates were all disinterested, and not informative. Private contractors we met were not reliable, even in the planning stage. When I contacted PNWC, Peter Schraner, the owner, returned my call within hours, and they have been the answer to questions we didn't even know enough to ask. I can't praise this company, enough. Haley designed our new kitchen with artistry and attention to how we actually use our kitchen. She was kind, thorough, and endlessly patient. Peter was on top of every detail - when we picked out appliances and countertops, he or Haley went with us, to answer questions and guide us. At the beginning of the work, we got a schedule listing the plan for each day, and they stuck to the schedule. The entire final week was labeled "touch-ups", and they finished 3 days early. Peter e-mailed me a progress report and photos every day. Mike supervised the work, and we trusted him completely. You could ask him anything - again with the endless patience. At one point, a new door to the deck had to be removed overnight to be painted. Cesar created a temporary door that was nicer then the original one that was being replaced. Every PNWC crew member did stunning work, and the attention to detail blew us away. At night, they left the work site immaculate. My husband and I stood in the kitchen each evening and marveled at how it came along. The finished kitchen is stunning, modern, and beautifully constructed. This company has our highest recommendation!"
