He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area. Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. They even did some repair on some of my window trim that needed to be done because of dry rot. They made sure everything was done 100% correctly. Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator. It is a joy to come home every day and see the how beautiful, and open Cobex staff has made our home. All of our friends love all of the work and the difference it made. "Rufus Aylwin and Aylwin Construction have been operating for years in the Portland area. We find they are easy to work with. This was the second time Rufus helped us out. He was strongly recommended by a friend and Realtor. The roof was leaking and Rufus immediately sent members of his team to tarp the leaking part of the roof It was an old roof and overdue for replacement. The new roof was applied after installing several damaged plywood sheets. We no longer live in the Portland area so this had to handled long-distance. We have confidence in their professionalism."

"From the very beginning, Tomas was friendly and informative when starting my roofing project. He listened and answered all my question and provided information on how the project progresses from beginning to end. I called several roofing companies but Pacific Ridge Roofing contractors were the only ones to take time to explain the project and literally teach me how a roofing system works. The costs were within ranges of other roofing companies but the customer care was exceptional. I feel fortunate to have found them. The project was supervised by Mike Bianco, who was also as friendly and informative. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the proposal line by line, and made adjustments to the proposal at my request to clarify what exactly would be done, what materials would be used, and how the project would proceed. He explained everything clearly with patience and with descriptions I could understand. The roofers were professional and hard-working.
